Dome Light V2DM Series
Dome Lights V2DM Series allow shadow-free uniform light covering 180 degrees. For inspection of objects with glossy or non-flat surfaces or foil wrapped objects. The small V2DM-i50 is cylindric, all the others dome-shaped and illuminated from below. V2DM are equipped with high brightness LEDs to provide 360 degrees uniformity and larger coverage on the object area. Dome light effects when use in machine vision applications includes: De-emphasizing surface texture and contrast, hence its useful for imaging objects with irregular reflective surfaces.
Illumination Structure:
V2DM-i50 – Light transmit through diffuser plate to provide a very uniform diffused light.
Others V2DM models – Equipped with LEDs to provide 180 degrees uniformity and larger coverage on the object area.
Major Applications:
This is suitable for in tape and reel mark or orientation inspection or objects with glossy surfaces or non-flat surface.Also, suitable for characters inspection of workpieces with glossy surface and illuminating dome-shaped surface.
Additional Information:
This is made up of aluminium or stainless steel housing. JST, M8 or M12 connectors.
