Description

• Pick and pack inventory for outbound shipments
• Receive inbound shipments
• Book outbound shipments with relevant freight/courier companies
• Stock Take (Quarterly) – Reconciliation of discrepancies
• Loan & RMA shipment management
• Liaise with Engineering team for testing and checklist
• Liaise with Production engineer for inventory creation
• Liaise with Sales Admin team for outbound shipping documents (Invoices, DO, PI)
• Scan & email invoices to customers
• Ensure customers’ requirements of packing and documentation are met.

Requirements:

• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
• Min. “N” levels
• Able to work independently under minimum guidance
• Relevant experience of min. 1 year.
