The LEDs of V2DL-TP are arranged in array form to achieve high intensity, high uniformity and high output diffused back lighting. This series features a rich product line-up of different sizes, half-shaped (HC-type) and availability of camera-window (C-type) for inspection.

Illumination Structure:
Illumination from chip LEDs packed into a flat circuit board passes through a diffusion plate and illuminates the workpiece from behind as a silhouette.

Major Applications:
This is for Inspection of dimension and shape of lead frame, Visual inspection of dimenison and shape of electronic parts and IC lead for growing inspection for TSSOP, SOIC, DIP, SCTO, SOT, QFP.

V2DL-TP-Si100x80-IP67 has IP lighting which help to protect the lighting against contact and infiltration of water and dirt which classified by degree of protecion.
