The LEDs of V2DL-TP are arranged in array form to achieve high intensity, high uniformity and high output diffused back lighting. This series features a rich product line-up of different sizes, half-shaped (HC-type) and availability of camera-window (C-type) for inspection.

Illumination Structure:
Illumination from chip LEDs packed into a flat circuit board passes through a diffusion plate and illuminates the workpiece from behind as a silhouette.

Major Applications:
This is for Inspection of dimension and shape of lead frame, Visual inspection of dimenison and shape of electronic parts and IC lead for growing inspection for TSSOP, SOIC, DIP, SCTO, SOT, QFP.

V2DL-TP-Si200X100 has a super bright lighting, avoid stare at exposured lighting when operation. Useful for application where needs to be visible in long distance, recommended to use as strobe lighting to perform high brightness lighting with longer life span.
