V2DL-TP-Si51-RGB
The LEDs of V2DL-TP are arranged in array form to achieve high intensity, high uniformity and high output diffused back lighting. This series features a rich product line-up of different sizes, half-shaped (HC-type) and availability of camera-window (C-type) for inspection.
Illumination Structure:
Illumination from chip LEDs packed into a flat circuit board passes through a diffusion plate and illuminates the workpiece from behind as a silhouette.The V2DL-TP-Si51-RGB comes with 3 independent controlled of R,G and B channel making it capable of outputting full spectrum of light.
Major Applications:
This is for Inspection of dimension and shape of lead frame, Visual inspection of dimenison and shape of electronic parts and IC lead for growing inspection for TSSOP, SOIC, DIP, SCTO, SOT, QFP.
