Direct Ring Light V2DR-A Series
The Direct Ring Light V2DR-A Series are built with LEDs with extremely bright light output that are mounted very tightly. 360 degree shadow-free illumination is possible. The Direct Ring Light illuminates the object directly from a flat board. Suitable to detect smallest divergences of reflectance between target objects. Used for not reflecting objects needing a strong lighting.
Illumination Structure:
The light is precisely focused at the centre of the illumination system. An optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination.
Major Application:
This is suitable for measuring the difference in reflectance between target objects. It can be used for non-reflecting objects which need a strong lighting. Such as, distinguish matte and reflective partial areas (e.g. embossed stamps, metal contacts, solder joints and circuit board inspections) and distinguish printing with different reflection strengths, (e.g. barcodes).
Additional Information:
It is made up of Aluminium or stainless steel housing. IP 30 as standard, higher IPs are available as requested. JST as default connector type (M8, M12 available).
