Direct Ring Light V2DR-B Series
The Direct Ring Light V2DR-B Series with extremely bright light output are mounted with tilt depending on the illumination are and ranges between 19-45 horizontally. This series enables workplace flexibility and 360 degree shadow-free illumination. It is best suited for producing fresh, vivid images with wide area of illumination thanks to high uniformity from its outer circumference. Reflective material can be detected with optionally installed diffuser or polarizer as requested. High Power versions and UV versions are also available for related applications.
Illumination Structure:
The LEDs are ring-shaped concentrated on the flexible board to mount the LEDs. This angled Ring light prevents shadowing and focuses the light at an angle to the centre of the illuminated object.
Major Applications:
V2DR-B is suitable for measuring the difference in reflectance between target objects. It also used for non-reflecting objects which need a strong lighting. It is able to highlight inner indentation,character edges or round depressions (e.g. engraving) and print inspection and orientation detection.
Additional Information:
It is made up of aluminium or stainless steel housing. IP 30 as standard, higher IPs are available as requested. JST as default connector type (M8, M12 available).
