This Excelitas Linos FishEye Objective 190° 103030910 from Qioptiq®Micro-Optics was especially developed for the use in pipe inspection and bore inspection with 1/3″ Sensors.
Qioptiq® Micro-Optics are widely used in medical endoscopic, ophthalmic and analytical systems, but are equally well suited for industrial inspection and monitoring in exceptionally small spaces. Our micro-optic singlet, doublet and triplet lenses are built to print. Micro-optics can be provided to your exacting specifications in all optical glasses, fused silica and other specialized materials. We develop custom micro lens assemblies and systems, and provide full engagement and support through your entire development cycle engineering, prototypes and serial manufacture.
This lens measuring is only 19 mm H x 20 mm Ø. Its has a great compact design that highly adaptable to most of the cameras. Nonetheless, this lenses delivers sharp images of tube walls, which allows software to create a two-dimensional “unfolding” of the tube. Damaged areas can now be more easily detected at a sewer inspection. Thanks to its compact design, the objective can be universally adapted to cameras for the industrial sector. Therefore it is ideally suited for Machine Vision, Image Processing and Surveillance Systems.
