The Machine Vision Lenses Flo.x liquid lens objective combines the technical opportunities of the liquid lens with the traditional manufacturing for industrial lens applications. With this lens, it becomes possible to realize autofocus applications without moving mechanical parts. This high performance lens, with minimal dimensions, enables very compact lens-camera assemblies that can be integrated even in the most space constraint environments.
Direct driving of the liquid lens by means of electrical voltage results in electronic focusing that is much faster than mechanical control with motors and gears.
The lens shows very high optical performance of up to 100 lp/mm at the sensor side with an angle of view of 65°. Also a huge working distance range is realized and the lens focuses from 15 mm to infinity.
