Tube Lenses
System magnification and maximum sensor size are the result of the combination of tube lens and objective lens. The current selection of exchangeable tube lenses (1x, 1.73x and 2.25x) allows the optimal use of line- and image-sensors with a diagonal of up to 25 mm, 43 mm and 57 mm.
All tube lenses are also telecentric on image side. Image space telecentricity helps to achieve exact measurement results and furthermore prevents brightness variations with sensors using micro-lenses.
